Strange Engine Rocking Issue (that aftermarket mounts aren't fixing).

So here's my problem, a few months ago I started noticing my engine rocking a little more than I liked (call it drivetrain lash if you prefer). I put on the AWR rear motor mount and it seemed to make it slightly better, but still not what I expect as far as smoothness goes. It then gets worse than it was before the AWR rear mount was put on so I decide to get myself an AWR tranny mount. This made a huge difference as far as shifts go, but the rocking issue seemed to get amplified based on the fact that it now is working against stiffer mounts. At this point, it seemed that it wasn't a mount issue.

The rocking happens when I am only slightly on the throttle (either holding speed steady or slowly accelerating), anything over ~40% and the rocking will stop. When the car is warm (seems to be more prevalent then) I can feel it in every gear, it's weaker with higher gears (I can't always feel it in 6th).

My car has 35,000 miles on it.

I am going to try new sparkplugs today though I doubt that will do anything, but just want to start from the simplest fixes and work my way up. The only thing that I can think of that could be related to the problem is I can feel my car slightly stutter under WOT, especially if starting at a somewhat low RPM, it feels like engines feel when they go insanely rich, or maybe it's missing, I don't know. I do know that it still makes great power so I have a hard time believing I'm missing that often. I also got 25.5 mpg on the highway which seems about right so again, I doubt I'm misfiring but who knows.
