Stolen trailer

I know afew cops that say they have a problem with a group of people that are running up and down 35 stealing from Business along the highway, hit small car lots and such to steal cars and other crap. like 2 months ago they hit georgetown for over 100k$ only found 1 truck because it had GPS installed in it. by the time the cops got to it it was just a cab the motor and trans were gone. hope he has insurance for it because he prob wont see it again.
