Stock Tuned Speed

How fast do you think a stock speed can go with just a tune? I have learned just through research that these cars respond very well to tunes. Watched a video the other day and the tuner was saying that you can get just as much grunt with just a stock intake vs one with a ful intake. Is it bulls*** or is there some vlaidity there?

You will get more gains with a completely stock car that was tuned with say the Cobb AccessPort than you will if you just throw an intake on with the stock tune. The stock tune runs very rich and also limits boost and torque in first and second gear. When you tune, you even out the fuel so it isn't as rich and also lifts the boost restriction.

When i put my hypetech on with no mods it was a big improment. then i added a test pipe. very happy with car..
