I am new to the site, but i frequent other another mazda6 site.

I did this run last year. I ran a 13.5 @ 99 with the winter rims/tires on. My stock Speed6 tires/rims weight about 46lbs. The winter rims/tires wieght about 44.5lbs. The car is stock otherwise. I short shifted each shift and went into 5th at the end. Launching the car is similar to the wrx that i had.

I hear ya! It seems crazy that they recommend a fuel that we can't get...

I know. The car's overall performance is at an effect without the 93oct. I think I'm just going to buy the 7points octane booster and drop some in with the premium fuel...

There is one 93octane gas station here in cali. It's 2 far away though, gas station is called sunoco

wow thats one of the faster times I have seen for the stock MS6 the ones that run here in NH get to maybe 13.9-13.8 if the driver is good, most are mid 14s. Awesome 60' for you by the way.

Mid 14's is slow for the MS6. people should be in the low-flat 14's and good drivers can break 13's.
