actually we just need to get togetehr and go to the dealer, dont ask cali for anything they like to shove a stick up your ass on emissions. oklahoma doesn't care about ANYTHING.

I'm still trying to figure out why everyone wants an MP3 ECU...Has anyone looked at the dyno's we did over at Flyin' Protege when we put my ECU in their turbo P5 and their ECU in my car?

The ECU doesn't make that big a difference on my MP3. It made about two less horsepower and two more torque with the Protege 5 ECU in.

Their car (now remember this is with the turbo, so slightly skewed) made about five more horsepower and about seven more torque.

For $1,000 it's not worth it...

And I'm not going to trade my ECU out for a P5's because we are working on how to deal with the advanced timing issues. There are piggy-backs that will deal with timing so why bother.
