stock hood weight? vs. CF hood weights?

it is functional, it routes the air from the scoop to right above the SRI filter. i agree though with everything else you said lol

it is a functional scoop.

"functional ram air" to me means like on the 03 Mach 1 Mustang, where the scoup leads directly to a contained filter and gets is intake charge from only that scoup.

ahh ok yea yea well...its definitely not an optimal scoop lol...if someone made something like that for us i would get it. fo sho.

dream on... it would involve building a full intake system... box to house the filter... and compatibility FMIC setups would be nearly impossible...

especially with the coolant resevoir over there..

there is a functional scoop hood for our cars... and yeah, I agree, it doesn't look right. there isn't a functional "ram air" hood that I'm aware of... DGM is the best quality CF work I've seen...

so... Why did my Grill come starting to yellow and one of the side clips brke off and I had to put it back together with my Resin I had.... XC has better quality IMHO

the DG hood that was on my car briefly (used my car to transport it for a local buddy who's car was down) was EXCELLENT quality. wish I'd picked it up for the $200 he paid. lol

Well, dgm is on and off for ne, when they shipped the grill, it was all alone in a big box, no packing, I was like WTF DGM!! But the qaility of XC hoods and Trunks are better IMHO, well atleast the trunk I have haha :P
