stock fuel pump or 255?

i am doing the heads on my klze right now
port and polish
218 race grind cams
high rev valve springs
tit retainers
seat locators
and i am wondering if i need to upgrade to the 255 fuel pump
or if i can run the stock mx3 one?

Keith who is doing the retainers for you?

I would say you are fine on the stock fuel pump but if you plan to spray the car I would put a 255 in it, I have one in mine.

aparently corksport cant get me the valvetrain anymore so i called
interprep and he told me he would give me springs that i could use with
stock retainers and stock seats. im not planning on spraying the car
so i guess ill stick with the stock fuel pump.
ferrera makes ti retainers just so you no.

Yes, but then you have to use the Ferrea springs/retainers/locks from what I understand. If I could use ferrea locks/retainers with interprep springs I would, but I don't think that you can..but it is worth asking.

ya i figured i wouldnt be able too mix and match so im just going to stick
with the stock retainers its not that big of a deal saved me a alot of money now
that i think about it lol
