is the stock clutch on the MSP actually heavy duty??? it doesn't even seem that great...unless theres something wrong with mines, because it doesn't catch that quick and I only have 5,000 miles on it and I don't even drive it hard
the clutch was upgraded on the 03' msp. they called it "heavy duty" so it should hold more than a regular protege clutch. the clutch was then upgraded again on the 3.5'+ models. couple people have complained about their clutch not catching....run a search and maybe you can find more info cause that's all i know.
hmmm...I've driven a 2001 civic for three years now, with an ACT 6 puck clutch, and it feels somewhat similar to the one on my 03.5 speed. And to be honest....the clutch on this car is giving me a work out.
