Stock 2011 CX-9 AWD tow wiring failed

I bought my CX-9 with the trailer hitch receiver and wiring installed. Today I got pulled over pulling a trailer because the trailer lights were not working. I have a tester and sure enough there was no power.

I can find no fuse for this. Anyone know where it can be found?

It is fuse number 11 in the Glove box fuse block.

Interesting, it's not identified for the 2013 model. 11 is unassigned.
