Stock 2 exhaust question...

Hey guys, Just wondering if anyone call tell me the inlet/outlet size of the STOCK factory SECONDARY cat. The unmonitored one that isn't attached to the header.


When I had my custom exhaust done, the shop I had it done at left it in, but removed the resonator behind. I'm having a high flow resonator put back in, and I'm just wondering if it's worth removing that secondary cat, or leave it in if it wont affect flow if if removing it would have a negative effect on flow velocity.

Basically, should I chuck the secondary cat or leave it?

Hi Gravity,

Before you chuck the second cat, make sure that the delete doesn't cause problems with your annual vehicle inspection. Some States down here require a visual check even if the emissions are clean and there are no codes thrown.

AFAIK In Ontario we don't have to e-test any vehicle less than 7 years old.
