This was the first thread i had started trying to figure out what was going wrong with the car. (if you wanted some background info)
Lately more has come up. Gas mileage is still bad, getting 15-16 highway now.
Had a second dealership look at it. They plugged in, did a road test, the works. No codes, no malfunctions, no leaks. They are leaning towards teh ECT sensor or the ETC control. Not sure if it will help
A new symptom has poped out. When i rev the engine when it hasnt reached optimum operating temperature, it does sort of a double rev, meaning it spikes once, and then goes up again even when ive let off the gas.
Also, even while driving around, if my RPM's get above 4G i smell gas inside the car
