sti exhaust sound/perrin exhaust

Yo if u find a place that can make u a manifold that would sound like a subaru that would be sick. Just go to an exhaust shop i bet it can be done but expect to pay atleast a g or more since its custom

Corksport's exhaust is probably in stock and they always do quality work.

Yeah i was thinking about the corksport as being a last option i just liked the sound the perrin and vibrant produced better. Even though no doubt the corksport sounds nice as hell. And outlawstar I started to think about a custom exhaust last night when i realized that someone might not have a perrin or vibrant exhaust. I figured I might as well start looking around at some mufflers. Do you guys have any other ideas of mufflers that'll give me a nice deep sound? Planning on probably 3inch custom piping if I go the custom route.

I have a 3" dp, 3" catless midpipe, with a greddy sp2 catback and it sounds good. Nice deep growl when on it but quite when going down the road.



Edit: the camera mic picks up sound really well. the radio and exhaust are not hat loud.

Stealthwyvern Can you hear the turbo spool with the catless and Downpipe, thinking of going custom but now I don't know what muffler to get, anyone got websites that have a variety of mufflers I can look at? And does the corks port have a low deep tone or more a high pitch sound? Im gonna check some muffler shops today to see how much a turbo manifold would cost to get made.

should I keep going? A couple of from other users but you should definitely get an idea of how it sounds from those. They would probably sound better if you have a good computer speaker setup

YesI can hear the turbo spool but not through the exhaust itself. I could hear it spool even with the stock downpipe and midpipe.

Yeah my buddys wrx spools like crazy. It sounds so good. Do you any of you know good websites or places that have a selection of mufflers? I wanna just get the corksport 80mm with no cats and get the pope downpipe and go from there. The corksport sounds like it would sound real nice in person and I've heard tons of good things about them.

edit: is the corksport a catback or turboback? Would it be a complete exhaust setup with the corksport and pope downpipe and would they fit together well?

Corksport is downpipe back. Pair it with the Pope DP and you have 3" from the turbo back. Which is probably overkill for these cars, but, why not?

Haha defiantly agree, who wouldn't want all that stuff. Corksport does still make their 80mm exhausts right? Can't wait to get the exhaust! The corksport sounds real good on youtube videos.

This week, i will be installing my thunder v2 with my ghl downpipe, i might also delete my cat, i have a vibrant 3" and is it actually really loud lol, cant wait with the ghl downpipe,

Just get an extender bung i think corksport even includes them when u buy the exhaust if i remember right. I have straight pipes and never got a check engine light.

Kitchens For Sale

There is a company called www.the-kitchenfactory.co.uk . That advertise heavily under the above google searches. I had this company around to measure my kitchen and they quoted me 1,200 for what every other kitchen company wanted more than 4,000 for. Whats more they said that I only had to pay 50 deposit and the rest when the kitchen was delivered. The kitchen was supposed to include soft closing doors and drawers and come ready assembled and was to include the appliances, as my dad always says if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is or if it smells like s__t and it looks like s__t then it probably is s__t . Needless to say i did not bother with www.the-kitchenfactory.co.uk . But instead i played safe and went with a local company and well glad I did. Not for me www.the-kitchenfactory.co.uk .
