Stereo and Speedometer Cluster In Japanese. Need in English

So i bought this 2012 Mazda Cx5 from Japan because i wanted the right hand drive version and it was easier for me to get it from there. The information cluster speedometer is in Japanese language also the stereo (Pioneer C9p8). I want to find a way to get it in English. Any ideas? I tried doing a factory reset but nothing works. I was wondering if i should just buy an aftermarket Mazda Deck, I saw one on amazon maybe someone can tell me what they think.

Also, was wondering if i buy a new cluster from the american market if i would get the information in English or is the language controlled from outside the cluster?

Not the same vehicle nor Pioneer model, but this might assist you in identifying which Japanese characters relate to any present settings for changing the HU's settings for Language to English from Japanese. Not sure if that will also change the instrument displays, however, but hopefully yes.

Unfortunately, it appears that that Pioneer model's instruction manual is only available in Japanese. In case anyone on the Forum can translate, I think this is a link to the user manual:
