steerin wheel shakes at speed 65-70mph

Hi. can somebody give me some advice?? I have a mazda cx-7 4 month. After 6000 miles I did tire rotation, where they in the shop switched my rear tires upfront. The next day a found out that my steering wheel was shaking when I was using brakes. The people at the shop changed my rotors and pads and did aligement. Even after that the steering wheel started to shake at speed 65-70mph and it puls to the right. I also found out, that the tires from rear are worn out, probably of the bad brakes from the beginning. Now they do not want to take responsibility for the tires. Would you think there may be other cause of it?? Thanks

sounds liek a warped rotor man.. if you press the brake and the steeting wheel shakes as well as the brake pedal pulsing
