SRI&TIP + oil change = no warranty??

Its not the intake. It was just the oil change. Temporary . . . it happens.

White smoke is what you need to fear. That isn't caused by the intake. Only thing an intake can do is perhaps mess up ur A/F ratios making you run rich. Thus you will get some black / grey smoke.

So what about the oil change coyfish? They didn't add too much oil...I checked the dipstick and it was right on...wrong weight? why would it be temporary?

I don't know. All I know is that its common. Sometimes they spill oil, overfill a touch, or create a leak.

You need to be afriad of leaks / bad turbo. Your smoke isn't white so your turbo is fine. And the smoke is gone so I wouldn't worry much about it.

all i have to say those lil side places like (pepboys,jiffylube,ect....) watch out i brought mine to ntb (wicked busy day didnt have time to do it myself) next thing you know im driving down the hw and i hear CLING CLING CLING i look under my hood and it smoking ...im like wtf i look under the car and BAMMMM a puddle of oil...10thousand dollars and 2 months later i have a semi/new engine lol just becareful lol

No I took it to the dealer it wasn't a side shop....I don't trust a side shop to touch my car lol.....hell...I barely trust the dealer and they can back everything up with my warranty

Well I guess I will throw the SRI/TIP back on this weekend and test it out...and hope for no blue exhaust smoke

Ok so I finally put my SRI/TIP back on...there was no smoke with factory parts on...but now there is with the TIP/SRI.....am I running rich with the SRI/TIP? I don't have a dashhawk or anything to check either.
