Squeaky Shifter

After my car warms up, my shifter squaks and begins to feel rubbery. I did a search and found out that it needs to be lubricated. Before I go to the dealer, I want to know; will the install of kartboy bushings and corksport bronzeoil bushings eliminate this? I have both these items ready to install.

I have the exact same problem.
I just bought my KB bushings yesterday thinking that that was the problem.

So you think that it is a problem of lubrication?

Let me updated because I might go next to the dealership for my sub, squeak from back, alignment.

i have a kartboy shifter + bushings and about every year i have to take it apart and relube everything or else it squeeks.

What exactly do you use to lube it up? Since I'm going to have it apart to install the kartboys I might as well slap some grease all over there.

i have b&m short shifter, kb bushings and corksport bronzeoil bushings and i still get this....it seems like it happens when its really hot out and im driving around for a while.

Today I had to downshift for emergency manovre and I grinded third gear because the dammed thing become rubbered and by the time I let go the clutch I was not in gear yet.

I guess I have to use the shifter hard and not like the honda.

I will install soon KB
