Squeaking when backing up

So I just noticed recently that my car makes this horrid but not so loud squeaking/squealing when I back up. I still have the factory rotors/brakes on and they are at 45k miles. They don't seem to be rubbing any other time and there are not groves in the rotor. Does anyone have any ideas on what this could be!?

I do drive the car hard at times which causes for hard breaking. I'm pretty sure with that being said it IS my break pads/rotors.

LOL it's funny you say that because when I back out of parking lots I do that so no one hears it. I turn the bass up and let the Kicker sub do the work
