hey guys, jus needed your opinion. if you order something, and its not in stock, and i guess it's being back ordered, with NO ETA date... should I still be charged? or should I be charged once its shipped out? or at least in stock?

If you want it, you have to pay for it. The vendor is not stocking the part, and therefore should not be expected to "front" you the money.

You order the part, then you wait for it. That's typically the way it goes. This is why many online shops lie and say they have inventory when they don't and then drop-ship directly to customers.

If you want the part when you pay for it, I suggest finding a place near you that actually stocks the part, or consider travelling a little to find a place that does.

depends who you are buying from. I would trust ********** though, I have always had good experiences with them. Though, you should see if you can get a refund if the wait becomes to long, ask for a period of say 60 to recieve your goods or have the choice for a refund...... .....its only fair.

(doh) Depends upon if the Warehouse has said item in stock...you will have to wait. Although this is no fault of **********'s or any Vendor for that matter. it's called Drop shipping...and it's just like if you were to goto a Supermarket, or a clothes store..If Item is out of Stock normally you have to wait right?

although if you do not want to wait, Yes you can request a full refund..Cullen's a cool guy, he'll give it to you for sure.

Cullen at ********** is an awsome guy infact he sponsors my car and I honestly belive he would not steer you wrong. Just be patient and he will get you your part just as soon as it is available.

I had to pay ahead when I ordered axxis pads, they were a 3 week wait. no problems. Cullen is very solid and that's very common policy. Brakes are awesome too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've also had good experience with street unit, good service. He got me my parts in just a few days and I ordered on a friday I think I got my stuff tues-wed.

Depends on the business. For a small business like ********** I would think a small refundable deposit would be in order.
