Spring Rates - H&R Sport?

Anyone know the spring rates for the H&R Sport springs? If so, please let me know.

179 lbs\in Front, 145 lbs\in Rear,thats what i found on the installation sheet i have,hope it help you out...(RTM)

my bad, for some reason I was thinking eibach while looking at the list of rates....bump for help for you.

sweet. Thanks dude. But are you sure that's for H&R? Those are the exact same rates as Tein S-Tech, and I thought H&Rs were supposed to be a lot stiffer than S-Tech.
