Spoolin, I want my short shifter!!! Where is my shifter? I ordered it 3 weeks ago!!! Didn't want to call you out like this but :wtf: no return of my email!!!
 
I ordered mine on Mar 7 and got it in less than 5 days, and I'm in Canada.
Why don't you give them a call, there must be a problem.

We return all emails....might not return it the hour you sent it but we return them. If you have a problem you can simply write another email, or give us a call.
We also provide online invoices ith all orders that contain a tracking number and ups sends you another one.
If you did not get a tracking # let me know.
If you want a refund we can do that as well;)
 
Didn't want to call you out like this but no return of my email!!!
There is also a thing called a PM button located on the left side of your box you can press that button and send a PM to me any time.
I take customer care seriously thats what we pride our business on at spool. But "calling out" is really unnecessary. Especially since I did not recieve one PM or phone call regarding this;)
 
man.. is this the lets bust out all the avs board? I just think that given a fair approach everyone av on here will do what is in their means to make you happy.. face it.. sometimes things happen..

I'm not trying to say any thing about the company, don't get me wrong about that, i plan on getting the spoolin turbo:) , but i didn't know that you had a direct number, didn't find it or to lazy to look for it :rolleyes:.
