if i saw all those flasing light i would not be going that fast at all. it looks like a construction zone to me. they are all idiots for going that fast through there in the first place. good luck trying to sue since must of them were speeding. i bet if they were going the speed limit most of those cars would be fine

that could kill someone, you know those people had to be the ones that made that or took the signs down, no city would do that to anyone. Not funny at all, the first 2 cars to hit it were funny but the last 2 scared me.
