Speed 3 production #s ?

5000 to NA? 5000 to US? 12,000 made worldwide?

There are a lot of numbers being thrown around without a reliable source for any of them.

Don't believe everything that you read.

The production number is meaningless.
Even if I knew what is was, who cares?

It's only meaningless to those that don't care that the car you drive is a rare one. Just like the MSP. When I had mine I called as soon as I could to find out the production number. It was 556 btw. I just got of the phone with my rep at Mazda North America and they said production numbers haven't been released to them yet. IF and I repeat IF IF IF IF IF the productions numbers are released it will be late August - early fall before they are available to owners. I called a direct source that the dealership I work at uses and found this info so it's legit. All that are interested in finding out just how rare your pride and joy is just wait until then and we'll find out if they are going to release them. For those of you that just have an MS3 and it's "just another car" to you are doing nothing but talking your car down and it shows that it's something that you are obviously not too proud of. The production number is something to be proud of b/c you can use it to let everyone else know just how exciting your car is.

5000 to the US was reported on Edmunds, Automobile magazine, and Car & Driver. I don't know about the other numbers, but if you won't take that as a reliable source from those three, who would you believe? Does all your information have to come directly from Mazda?

I just talked to Mazda and was told that the 07 Speed3 was a limited release not a limited production. So no production numbers. I hope this helps.
