Sparco Globe-X owners..Question

Sup guys/gals

I don't have many speedshops around my neck of the woods. I like the look of the Globe-X but no one has it in stock and I have to order it.

But before I do, I would like to ask you guys how does it look once installed? Meaning that does it blend nice with the shifter boot? I tired serveral momo's today and I didnt like the look with the boot and don't want to change the boot unless I have too.

Also by a picture I cant tell how it installs, is it a screw in or does it use the same system as the momo's or plugs(scratch)?

i have the same one but a little longer (not just a ball, a ball on a post) chrome/perforated leather and it matches the interior like it came stock. it looks very clean

and it prolly is a universal plug w/ set screws
