A lot of Asian country (develope, that is) use both their native language and English on most road sign, store sign, and public service vehicles.
The text "police" in Korean already printed on the door.
You don't understand it doesn't mean it isn't there.

I have seen the limbo myself in person.
It's real and not a photochop fake pic here.
I just not sure if this is a real police car or not cause when I saw it, it was parked inside some kind of park/plaza. I think it's either some promotional car, police PR works, or car used in movies.

i wonder where i can get those headlight protectors from?

I believe color is right but..they drive accent...sonata..from hyundai
