Some quick shots of my S2000

I almost bought a used Feel's exhaust...but changed my mind.

But I'll probably get some new wheels first.

That's one of the nice things about Florida.

It's always drop-top weather and we don't get snow very often.

Very well done Scott!! Although i agree with most everyone else on them not wanting a Honda except that one or the NSX. I got your voicemail the other day. Left you with my new #. I seen your ride when i was by your werk today and was jealous. But if it weren't for kids i'd be having something like that too. What dealership is your car at?

So far... what are the little things you have learned to love about the S2000. Disregarding, speed, handling, etc.... things a prospective buyer might not think about.
Obviously its not the CD player.....

HA! I've got you beat, 5'4" and 121! But I bet I still cant see above the steering wheel. I actually have to consider seat height and tilt steering when buying a car. lol

Hmm...excluding the speed, handling, and so on...

Well, I've already come up with some pros and cons..
Pros:
Handling. Sorry, i just have to mention how damn well it handles.
Engine note. Once it hits 6000 RPM the F20 just sings beautifully.
Aftermarket. Tons of high quality parts available for it.
Power top. The top is so easy to use, there's no excuse to not put the top down on a nice day.
RWD. Oh how I have forgotten the joy of power oversteer...
Drivability. The car is a sports car through and through, but it is surprisingly easy to drive on a daily basis.

Cons:
Torque. Down low, the power leaves a little to be desired.
Cargo space. If you are the kind of person that hauls stuff around alot, you'll need to quickly learn the fine art of space management.
Aftermarket. While yes, there's a lot of quality parts available...you gotta pay to play. A decent exhaust is going to run you around $700-$800 new and go up from there.
Stereo. The sound system is of course a huge step down from the MSP. And the placement of the door speakers means if you rest your leg against the inside of the door when driving, the sound seems unbalanced because you're covering the speaker.

Looking at that list, only the torque thing is really a problem in my eyes. And even then, the car defenitely has enough umph to make sure you know it means business.

Also, it's no joke that chicks dig the S. I seriously have gotten so many comments from lady folk, that I lost count. My ex-girlfriend even stopped me the other day to ask for a ride. It's THAT powerful of a chick magnet.

Another thing I've noticed. You notice a lot more of the world around you when you're in a convertable. I never knew what the bottom of a stoplight looked like until now.

Some more pics of mine and my friend's 2000 Silverstone S2k.

Hahaha...right on. Mine will look damn good in a few weeks.

I'll be getting some RS-R titanium springs, CF hood, C-west front lip, and an OEM spoiler. Maybe a few other little odds and ends too.

And as for fitting in the car. I'm 6'3" and just under 200 pounds. Plenty of head and leg room, and my butt squeezes into the seat perfectly.
