(SoCal) 2002.5 Protege5, blue, 86k miles, $4250

Hey gang,

Really don't want to sell her, but I'm kinda hurting for cash and I am forced to buy a cheaper daily driver.

BASIC INFO:
Late '02 P5, blue, anthracite wheels. Clear NM state title (has not yet been registered in CA; a family member owned it in NM and we brought it here). Car will be smogged right before the buyer takes it, so you won't have to worry about smog. All stock; I have an intake that comes with the car but the stock airbox setup is installed. As I post this, it's 85,8xx miles on the odo, and the car runs very strong. Passed smog a couple months back with nearly 0 emissions registered (.02, .04 ppm range). A/C is ice cold and recently recharged last month.

GOOD:
-Low miles (about to hit 86k miles)
-Mobil1 (will be getting a fresh oil change before the car is sold as well)
-All stock
-Runs excellent
-Clean interior
-Has roof rails and cross bars
-Smog will be done for you
-Cold A/C, just recharged
-Good tires, brakes
-The plexi on the front comes off easily, it's just an ecomod thing for MPG.

BAD:
-Intermittent "P0455" Evap System leak issue (purge solenoid valve or...?).
-Sometimes idle will dip low and run rough for half a second after coming to a stop, then level out (idle stabilizer valve needs cleaning...?). Has never stalled, but idle dips to 500 then comes back up like it never happened.
-Rear passenger door lock gear is broken, so it must be un/locked manually.

UGLY:
Paint is rough in some spots, as is the body. It was a desert car (New Mexico) with some clearcoat peeling and oxidation, and there are an array of minor shunts, bumps, dings and scratches all around. No "accident damage" per se, just lots of "shopping cart" type stuff.

KBB has my car at $6269 - $5819.

I'm asking $4250. The car is located in Orange County, CA. If you're interested, please let me know. Thanks!
