So tickets are fun................................not.

It was only those led washer lights. He went to court after the second ticket and they said if they catch him with the lights on again it is 30 days lockup. They really don't **** around.

Those things are fugly anyway. Maybe the police have good taste.

Wow...can't believe you actually got a ticket for just that. I have one as well, for the fact that I hate PA's new plates (they are fugly). So it helps to hide it. haha I was going to purchase a DARE plate but they are the new style as well now, the older ones were black.

A friend of mine is a cop and he is always giving me a hard time about it. Seems like the cop must have been having a really bad day or is a real prick to cite you for just a cover.

In SC any blue light with the bulb visible is considered impersonating a police officer.

Would this be the same for the silverstar turn signals? I have them in my MPV and the blue bulb clearly shows through...of course they are amber when lit. Maybe I should put the stockers back in before vacation this year. (peep)

not to thread jack, but i got a ticket for 17 over in suwanee, by a suwanee cop.

can somone give me the number to a ticket lawyer or something? i dont want points on my license, and im not 18 yet, about 5 months shy, i dont want to lose it for that time period either.

Your in college so ...Your not poor.
Pay the ticket.
That is all.

99% of the license plate covers are "for off-road use only"
In GA, you can be cited for anything obstructing the view of a license plate
OH is the Same..ANYTHING obstructing the plate..Which equates to anything covering the plate..even if its clear.
Even a plate frame id "Technically" breaking the aw..But that one wont usually get you pulled over like a tinted cover will.

Lol, I'm in college, therefore I am poor. Like people paying their mortgages, I believe the term is house poor. So that's what I am...college poor. Give me a couple years, and I will replace college poor with house poor.
That just Becomes...General Poor at that point..Or working poor....?

Thats the one.

Maybe I'll live in my car for a couple years after graduating...ya know, build a buffer...Alas, I don't think that would fly with my future employer.
haha. You can always sell your wheels and buy a trailer home.
It's close enough to living in your own car.

Hey man..I have seen some HELLA nice Double wides.....And If I could get some nice lakefront property..I would pop one down permantly.

Modular homes can be prety nice, well built and cheap as well.

My Grandfather had a modular Home built and that thing is tighter than a virgin on her prom night.

Trailer houses arn't what they used to be man. Their double wides going for over 140k! I have seen them and they are max daddy pimp. However I can't see myself spending that much on something without a foundation. Also you can get your trailor "tied down" so you wont have to pay for tags for it every year.

I know I've been in some that you would never guess thats a trailor or modular home AND not to mention build time is next to nothing compared to a house built from teh ground up.

I'm referring to the old molding kind with plenty on rust, asbestos, and cockroaches to go around.
For $500, you'd save a fortune coming out of college.
