dude, chill the **** out...
how can anyone help you when you have this attitude. I think I can safely say that no one has had this problem after installing AWR motormounts, so its a pretty unique thing. my best bet would be that the techs screwed up your shifter linkage, or your tranny had problems, and this just exposed it.
good day
I think he got a little defensive because people immediately started making fun of him, calling him crazy, rather than providing an honest reply to his problem.
You are right though, they messed up the linkage somehow. They are all the the gears that push the linkage far forward. I bet there is something blocking the linkage from going forward.
Hopefully he has friends with car repair knowledge, who can put his car up on jackstands, and they can look at everything. I say that, because he did not even do the front mount, which is easy. The rear is a pain to install, and I think the problem lies back there. The neanderthal at the dealer messed something up back there.
P510, go to a friend's house, and look at all the steps here to install the rear mount. Follow it every step, checking how it was done.

as I stated in my first post, what was adjusted on the mounts? There is nothing to adjust. That leads me to believe they broke or damaged something.
Oh, and never, ever, ever, take your car to the dealer, ever again. Find friends to help you check all these, or go to an ASE certified mechanic with good standings with the Better Business Bureau, or as recommended by someone, and heve them look at it. If they find what was done wrong, have them log what was done, repair or replace what was done wrong, and then take the billl to the dealer, and make them refund the money. You may ultimately have to sue them if they refuse the refund.
I just noticed you are in CA! The Bureau of Automotive Repair is a great place to go too, they can ultimately shut them down. Go here, and check it out.

I went through them when I had a problem with Econo Lube N Tune not tightening a rear brake drum during a brake inspection. The drum came off on the freeway, causing $1500 in damage. The state ultimately shut them down, due to numerous complaints.
Good luck, and keep us posted. My rambling is complete.
