Snow performance

yeah, they should all be +50 offset give or take, just make sure its the 5X114.3 bolt pattern, older mazdas were 4 lug.

Hey silver ecstasy, there's a guy selling some mazda3 OEM rims here localy that I can prolly pick up for you if you're interested. I dunno where in Michingan you are but I'll be in the Northern part of Ohio this Sunday so we could maybe meet halfway or something. Just let me know.

and the AWD is 90/10 in a straight line, only kicks to 50/50 in a turn. you can actually feel it kick over if you hit the gas in a corner
Any proof of this? To date, I have not seen any actual numbers.... anywhere.... except for useless "opinion" numbers.

yes i do.

here
the mazdaspeed 6 Driving Event Technical Training, page 34. it actually says 100/0 to 50/50, so my 90/10 is speculation, based on this line "100/0 is only used when the hand brake is applied or at low speeds during tight turns (parking lot maneuvers)"

Do not use the factory Bridgestones in snow. I run a set of Nokian RSi winter tires on the factory rims in the winter. They offer great all around traction and I would recommend them to anyone. I drive fairly aggressivly when there is snow on the ground and this car responds well. With the DSC "on" the car still allows some Dukes of Hazard drifting on high speed sweepers but will pull you back in line if you get too crazy. However, if you turn off the DSC you can get yourself in trouble. This is one fun and safe winter car in my opinion.

No it was a guy that lives about 10 minutes away and it was on craigslist. I figured since I was going up north, I may as well help someone out but he responded to my email saying they've been sold. Sorry bud.

If you wanna buy the white rims I just took off my P5 today, you're more than welcome to. A buddy of mine said he'll give me 200 for em so if you can beat that, they're yours lol.

I have the ones that are in this picture. They were on my car up until 3 today. One has a bend at one of the edges but has never cause vibration, pressure loss, or anything. Just let me know.

EDIT: the rim with the bend is the rear one in that pic. As you can tell, it's not noticeable unless you look for it.

My winter setup for my speed 3 is a set of speed 6 wheels mounted with some Blizzak's! should look pretty good for a winter setup i hope.
