Snookers Meet

Steve and I were talking about getting a meet togahter to play billiards.

Steve, which location did you have in mind? Allen Park? Southgate? Livonia? Royal Oak?

Well, I'm closest to Southgate, but I'm willing to drive if its more convienent for other members. I usually work till 9:30 on Friday nights, but I can usually get out and be where I want to be by 10-10:15 at the latest. Even if we want to rotate locations each month, that could be another solution.

As seen in the 2006 Calendar, we are trying to orchestrate a monthly meet on the last or second to last Fridays at 9PM of each month at Snookers pool hall/bar. There are 4 locations in Metro Detroit: Southgate, Allen Park, Livonia, and Royal Oak. If you are interested in attending and getting this off the ground, vote and we'll start having a monthly meet just to shoot the s***, play pool, have a few beers (for you legal fellows) and just try to meet up during the cold winter months of the year. If you are willing to switch it up each month, there will also be an option.

Yeah, what was the final decision on where to meet? The poll didn't really end up being very conclusive. I'm looking forward to meeting up with everyone. I missed the last couple drives, so it's been a while since I met up with the group.

I would be interested in meeting as well. I will not put insurance back on the MP3 until March 1st, but I love playing pool!!!! I live very close to the Snookers on hall rd in I believe sterling heights. I wasnt sure if there was any MI people left??

the one is southgate is on Dix Rd. The Livonia one is on Schoolcraft.
