I guess it's supposed to hide the dirt the owner was too lazy to clean! Whatever the reason is, it looks like poo poo.

the cotton balls are supposed to resemble smoke from the tires, engine, etc. The best part is when idiots at car shows take a front wheel drive car and put the cotton balls around the rear tires! That cracks me up everytime.
Now, on to the car. Gotta praise his creativity, time, and money spent, but, in the end, just not for me.

Super (bling) as it is a Lowrider MX-3 (check the windshield). Lots of money spent to turn my head in the other direction...they couldn't even get the cotton right (notcool) (protest)
yea yea..the cotton is a little too much hype..its a low-rider..look at that airbrushing! i mean christ..thats like 20k in just paint
hate the rims and paitn like everyone else.
