1. That explanation is BS...even if the government seized your car for having too many tickets, it would only be to impound it or auction it off to offset the fines. If they want to stop you from speeding or whatever, they put you in jail & fine you lots of $$...not destroy your car.

2. Haven't ANY of you heard of this before? Arizona is well known as a testing ground for cars (crash tests, all weather endurance tests etc). I know for a fact that I have heard of Skylines being destroyed in AZ before & it wasn't for some stupid made up reason like this.

my theory is that the dumbass wrecked his beautiful skyline (car already has damage in 1st pic) and blew his motor. so he bought a new ride and decided rather than sell it and watch someone else drive his baby, he decided to have some fun with it.
