SiriusXM Radio free?

Brought my '13 CX-5 last May. Didn't bother to active till today when I got something in the mail about a 6 month membership for $25.00 I said I wanted to try it for free first but was told by Sirius that they don't see the 3 month free promotion on their system and that I should call my dealership about it.

I don't remember anymore but are or were we ever entitled a 3 month trial subscription?

Yes it came with mine, I had it from July-December actually and used it a total of 3 times. Found it to boring and useless. Use my iPhone instead, songs I actually like.

Yea I generally stream stuff via Bluetooth but decided I'd at least give it a try. I think I may have gotten bad info as my dealer told that they do not talk with Sirius (which sounds right, why would a dealership bother?). The customer rep at Sirus prob didnt know what she was talking about.

Mine said it came with a 4 month free trial. I had a lifetime from another car, which I had to work hard to get Sirius to transfer it to the CX-5 for a 1X $75 fee. But honestly, I rarely use it. I like Pandora and streaming podcasts via BT.
