Just make sure you get all the right information ... The day that I got my Sirius installed, they showed me the book with the numbers printed/written in the back. On the way home, we were having a snow storm, so while I was stuck in traffic I called Sirius to get my new toy activated, and when I gave them the ESN, they tell me that's not the right number and they can't activate me. I then realized that the guy who installed the radio wrote down the serial number on the ESN line. Ok, a little frustrating, but an honest mistake.
I called my sales person the next day and told him about it. I told him that we will need to get the right number off the receiver that was installed. He did not seem too concerned about it and said he'd get back to me. Well (long story short), five days and a number of phone calls and e-mails later I stopped in at the dealership and spoke to the sales manager. My sales guy was there and he said, "yeah, we need to have you bring it in so we can get the right number off the receiver that was installed." Huh ... ISN'T THAT WHAT I TOLD YOU LAST WEEK?! I had to bring it in the next day, and it took all of 40 minutes for them to get the number, refuel my vehicle and run it through the car wash.
As luck would have it, that same day I received my buyer's satisfaction survey from Mazda NAO. I won't tell you how I answered the question rating my satisfaction with the sales person's response to my phone calls or e-mails!
