Sirius Compatibility

I have an '05 3 with sat-ready HU (6-spkr, not Bose)... however, the sat option was (and remains) unavailable from Mazda in Canada. That said, a retailer up here (Future Shop) offer the Sirius Connect Universal Vehicle Tuner - said to be compatible with "any sat-ready HU, and select OEM HUs". I'm curious if this would include the '05 HUs. Any ideas??? Thanks for any input...

don't qoute me, but i believe you need the adapter from mazda. you should be able to find one at http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/index.cfm?siteid=214264
