How'd you remove the front bumper? How many screws in total? tools needed? thanks

There is a "how to" on it somewhere on this forum. I found it pretty easy. It's the same process as the sedans. A lot of 8mm bolts along the front rim and two in the top right corners, then the little clips that connect it to the bumper support.
