Have beer, take of the grill, remove the screws, lower the sub, unhook it, hook up the new sub, raise it up, screw it it, put back on the grill if it will fit, have beer (rockon)

How do I remove th grille without unscrewing the all back assembly with amp and stuff?

My grille doesn't have any screws.

IIRC the grill just pops off. Pretty sure a flathead screwdriver can do the trick. I had mine removed for a while so I'm not completely sure, but give it a try.
