Shipping Mazda CX-3 to Germany from Canada

I am wondering if anyone has had experience shipping their Mazda CX-3 (NA version) to Europe? I am primarily concerned about the safeties and emission testing required. I am planning on bringing a 2016 model CX-3.

With my research I have found they require two inspections:

• Emission test (AU)
• Vehicle’s general traffic safety and compliance test (HU)

Emission test (AU)
This is the one I am most confused with, as I am unable to accurately find a conversion for the NA standard and EU standard.
I was able to find:

• Measurement at increased idling speed: The lambda value must be between 0.97 and 1.03. The carbon monoxide content shall not exceed 0.3%. For vehicles according to the Euro 4 standard, a limit of 0.2 % applies.
• Measurement at idling speed: The carbon monoxide content must not exceed 0.5%. For vehicles according to the Euro 4 standard, a limit of 0.3 % applies.

Looking at the emissions of German made vehicles many are higher so I do not believe it will be an issue. Using https://car-emissions.com

Vehicle’s general traffic safety and compliance test (HU)
HU is a vehicle mechanical and electrical performance test. If a mechanical or electrical flaw is discovered during the inspection, the owner is given a 4-week deadline to repair the problem. After passing the test, the automobile receives a new HU sticker valid for two years.
