I agree, I had those toyo tires before and they were crap. I swap them out for something else. Based on your pictures they do look like defects or road damage.

If it is road damage, that is fine. I just hope its not something else.

that is crazy looking. one time that happened i think i had a bent tie rod or something, and it happened within a few months of driving. i can't believe the factory toyos lasted 28K. if that is indeed the case, i don't think i'll even have to buy new tires before selling the car.

At 28K, there is still some decent tire left. I could see factory Toyos going 35K easily.I am the only owner, bought it new, so I can attest to the miles driven on these tires.

There are my RE760s after 24000mi. Just rotated them to the rear. Rotation was done every 8000mi. Alignment was done on the same day of installation.
