Can't thank this site enough for pointing me in the direction of the service bulletins... I probably would have fixed the stuff myself and spent to much money:

Problem1: Hard to start, takes a few seconds to crank over
Solution: New plugs, new fuel pump (corrected)
Found spark plugs fouled and fuel pump drops pressure after engine off 5 min. Removed and replaced fuel pump and spark plugs

Problem2: engine vibration, broke #3 motor mount
Solution: ordered and installed new motor mount

Problem3: Front brake noise when cold/wet
Solution: replaced brake pads

Problem4: Windshield Wipers don't work when cold (rubber doesn't contact surface correctly)
Solution: Replaced wiper arms to keep wiper blade on surface

Problem5: A/C poor performance
Solution: Installed filter set per bulletin

All these things were daily if not weekly annoyances.. glad to have them taken care of. (thumb)

yeah they do suck...... goin to switch dealerships and get a couple of my issues looked at... right now i can't get the service writer to call me back b/c the dude never answers the phone, and when i go there in person he is to busy on the phone to talk to me and i end up waiting 10-20 min... i am so sick of that crap!!
 
Corrected the solution to problem one.. they had replaced the fuel pump and spark plugs.. not the starter

added problem 5 that was also taken care of, a/c performance.
 
The problem2 sucked, while driving my engine droped, it was leaning forward about 3" .. broken motor mount...
