Servo your right about the community here as far as the car audio section goes. I feel we are one of the most helpful on the net. We might not have all the answers and experience but we all jump throuhg hoops to help others threw any level of install.
ZoomnP5, I have no clue what you've accomplished. In the bay, I have never been overly proud of anything I have done. I just do my job when I am there. Nothing more or less. I do anything from build custom boxes to change light bulbs on the floor for home audio. What I have been proud of is getting this site's car audio section very well established as a friendly and informative place where we were all free from what we are doing now. These guys you are arguing with have helped literaly hundereds of people becuase they like car audio and want to help. They get nothing in return nor ask anything. It is people like them that I think this industry needs, even if its only on the internet. Hopefully you have gotten a taste of the way most customers think, especialy about some of the "unspoken aspects of the industry".
I hope you and byohndspeed feel free to stay around and help out and become part of the board. If you are both as you describe yourselves, then I am sure you will.
For byohndspeed alone, I would only ask that you ask your contact at JL, what good do they think one person talking positively about their product is worth.
