Sept 2nd meet & drive & meet ENDING NOW CHANGED

Hey all . I'm in the early planning stages for a early morning meet (6:30 am ) then a backroad drive to the coast (leave at 7:15 am so there is less traffic ) and back then a afternoon meet back at my friends shop.
Here is what I know for sure
LOCATION - Apex Restoration 12225 Southwest Millikan Way | Beaverton, OR 97005
DRIVE - Backroads to Carlton then to Beaver,then to Sandlake loop,then to Tillamook,then to Miami-Foley rd to hwy 53 Camp 18 on hwy 26 for lunch then to CORKSPORT 3315 NE 112th Ave B-80
Vancouver, Wa

Times may change to later but I would like them to stay early to avoid traffic on some of the backroads.

OK Heres the skinny
DRIVE - We will be leaving at 7:00 am and taking back roads from Beaverton to Newberg to Carlton to Beaver to Sandlake loop to Tillamook to Miami-Foley rd to Hwy 53 to Camp 18 on Hwy 26 back to Beaverton for a BBQ at Apex Restoration
STOPS ALONG THE DRIVE - We'll do pit stops in Carlton ,Beaver (good gas stop) ,Cape Lookout state park ,Tillamook Safeway (can't remember which gas station it is right by there) and Camp 18.
Then to Corksport 3315 NE 112th Ave B-80
Vancouver, Wa

I'm posting this on most of the Mazda forums I can think of and would love to see you all for the drive but I know it's a early one so at least come on out for the BBQ .l

So you can see why I don't do accounting. Sept 2nd is our traditional BBQ, I think the 16th is the XXX in Issaquah. I can't keep some of this straight.
It's a shame you didn't have yours on the 9th.

God I feel so sorry for you. Have to go to B.C. for work. Man that sucks. Have a six pack for me !

Registration deadline is 10 minutes before we quite running it. Average time last year was 30+ seconds due to parking lot size, but we keep going after closing things down. Average 5-6 runs, like I said it's just for fun.
