Sellling MP3.....I thought

I have put my MP3 on the great EBAY 4 times. I want 12,500 for the car and i have had three peoples credit go bad, So I had a girl in colorado said she wanted it, she got the loan, then the banker told her that there is a lean on my car. He didnt explain to her what that meant, so she thinks that there is something wrong with the car and backed out. I sent her the carfax on it which had two reports 1 stateing the mileage on it when it was delieverd to the dealership and the 2nd one was when I registared the car. I was including all factory parts also, I have on the car

so your saying a 2,000 dollar deposit is the problem with me selling the car? I put that so I wont get someone just bidding on the car and not pay. Would you ask for a deposit, YellowMP5?
