i would get less, too. i am trying to pay off as much as i can on a monthly basis incase i decide to trade the car in some day i will not lose any money.

when i was looking at WRX's last spring my car had 30K, was an 03', had leather, moonroof, 6 cd changer and i was getting ranges from $9000-10500 at best......

these cars do not depreciate well. the only mazdas that truly hold a resale value are miatas. to some extent, rx7s and millenias do as well, but not so much. historically speaking mazdas don't hold thier resale value. it remains to be seen how resale is on the 6 and the 3 as they are still pretty new.
