Seat mem issues

Hey all...just got my wife a CX-9, and we love it. Drives great, very quiet, looks good...But we are having an issue w/ the seat mem.

She is programmed as #1, I as #3 (no #2)....50% of the time or so, w/o the key in the on or acc position the seat will not move to it's correct position w/o holding down the button. I do know that there is a feature that prevents "one touch" movement while the key is in the on or acc positions, but our is doing this while it is OFF.

...any thoughts on this?

I have had my 9 for over a year and love it. Yes, we had the same problem and it is programmable to each fob. I don't remember how, but the instructions were easy to find in one of the manaul supplements. If you can't find it let me know and I will post it.. It's something simple like pressing a button until it blinks and then pressing another button to "learn".

And it will work fine for a few days before stopping the auto-move. There's a thread in here somewhere about this - no resolution yet.
