Seat Back, Heated Or ventilated

I can't find it now but I thought I read somewhere that US/Canada versions get heated seats/seat backs while vehicles destined to my neck of the woods, Colombia get ventilated seat backs. I have the latter with three settings and it's really great in a city where the temperature year round is 90F and above.

In the U.K. mine has it on the GT. The top of the range in the US has it too.

I've only used each of those features briefly in my Reserve. I couldn't tell you if the backs are heated/ventilated as well as the seat bottoms. I don't believe that they are, but I could be wrong. I can't find anything in the descriptions other than "heated/ventilated seats." 3rd party reviews seem to just copy/paste the unspecific Mazda specs.

Backs are also heated in the US. My wife uses the heated seats all the time and loves them. I can't use them for more than about 5 minutes, before it gets too hot.

Haven’t tried the heat, but the backs are definitely ventilated in addition to the seat bottoms in my Reserve.

Yes, seats and backs are both ventilated and heated in my 2019 Reserve.
