Search minimum word length too long

Hey Guys,

I noticed that the minimum word length in search is now 4 characters. This makes it difficult to search for a lot of things, including any phrase that even has one of these 3 letter words in it.

hid
whp
act clutch
mtf
atf
oil
gas
mpg
mph
sub
amp

etc... etc... etc..

In a perfect world there wouldn't be a limit, 3 is good, I have come across instances where even 3 was too restrictive. We tell people to do a search, but then when they do a search, they get told the words the searched for were too long, seems counter-productive.

Enry, there is no need to change anything. The simple solution to this problem is to search for your 3 letter or less word & add * to the end. In some cases, you might get a few extra threads, but this will make it work.

yes sometimes not being able to search for "car" etc etc gets frustrating
