Sd card in go pro 960 camera?

Does the go pro camera need an sd card to record? If so where is the slot on camera....

yes it does need an sd card, recommended is 8gb. the slot is on the side of the camera..

Sweet thanks, is there a special sd card for it or is it just same as a digital camera one? I post some videos up next year of it when I go to a motocross practice track

Any will work. the only thing the GoPro manual said as far as my Hero2 is that if I want to use the half second multi shot it needs to be a class 10 card...but I've used a class 4 and recorded 720p @ 60fps and it worked perfectly.

thanks i think ill get what sd card i use in my SLR, unless i can get a class 10 for cheap
