in this thread i will be covering everything ive done to the my titanium gray msp 1490. the plan of attack it to eventually be up at 350-400 hp. the car will never be a straight line car, i love mountain roads to much
and heres how it began. the first pics i took of the car the night i bought it, october 31st, 2008
and then i got the mod bug. so i picked up these things...
prosport electronic boost gauge, force fed column pod, arp exhaust studs, gaskets, a wheel bearing and a millenia s pcv.
then i picked up this dg cf grill off of rush's old msp(rip)
then i got a awesome deal on some eibach sportlines....$55...

then i traded for a 3 inch apexi n1 catback underaxle exaust. and also picked up a 2.5 inch catless mid pipe
around this time i baked my headlights and sprayed them gloss black and deleted the corner orange lense.
and added led tag lights
also cut my rear flying m. sprayed it, a ms6 mazdaspeed badge, and my protege emblem black.
picked up an injen intake
picked up a msm oil cap
picked up my aem wideband, hkpro5 endlinks, maf relocation couplers, forged bov and the last turbolife fmic made....
got some tribute washer nozzles

picked some hids up
put some ksports in and sold the sportlines.
rolled 200k miles
about 203k miles blew the head gasket 1.5 hours from my house while joy riding in the mountains
here you can see my wideband, my new stewart warner boost gauge(since the prosport sit the bed)
changed out my single din kenwood for a double din jvc
picked up some speed 6 rotors for free
compared to oem msp rear rotor
picked up cp 3 point strut bar, kmr rear vbrace, and a split second v2. split second went in with the super stock map, strut bar and vbrace went to powder coating.
parts came back from powder coating....
also picked up a optima red top, adp, hks black edition, and a ss clutch line

picked up scratchnsniffs old jdp lip. plan is to fix it, paint it black.
