Scheduled for new transmission this week

My 2008 GT needs a new transmission and it is scheduled for this week. Anyone have any experience with dealer replaced transmissions or can someone send me the procedure from the workshop manual. I'm curious about what to watch for.

Sure. After accelerating to speed in the 37-42 mph range or 57-62 mph range, coasting, and and then stepping lightly on the gas, the drive train will thunk with a light kick. Happens in the 1500 to 1750 rpm range. There are no dash lights illuminated, but dealer diagnostics show ABS pump is interfering with bus communications, including transmission control module codes. I am having ABS pump changed out as well.
